Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Awe-Struck Wildlife Solutions Inc., (ASWSI) provides humane wildlife control and removal services of raccoons, squirrels, skunks, muskrats, birds, opossums, coyotes, beavers, bats, snakes, birds, etc.. ASWSI also provides wildlife prevention services such as: a) home/commercial repairs to prevent further wildlife intrusion; a) home/commercial repairs that resulted from wildlife intrusions; and c) home/commercial clean up and deodorizing as a result of animal intrusion.

2. Completion Date

The Completion Date for each inspection report is the: a) the date upon which the wildlife indicated on inspection report have been removed or departed from the premises; b) the scheduled date for the removal of all traps, bait stations, one-way doors, etc. whether or not the indicated wildlife have been removed or departed from the premises; or c) the date upon which all agreed repairs to the premises have been performed, whichever is later.

3. Recalls

A Recall occurs when ASWSI confirms an appointment to re-assess and or re-apply new methods or measures for the same wildlife problem as indicated on the original inspection report.

  • Recalls may be requested by client free of charge within 30 calendar days after Completion Date.  
  • Recall appointments will be set up within 7 business days after request and will be performed during regular business hours.
  • If Customer cannot keep an appointment, notice must be provided to ASWSI at least 4 hours prior to appointment time or a $20.00 fee may apply.

4. Limitations

ASWSI shall endeavour to provide repairs and wildlife removal services. However, ASWSI shall not be responsible for any damages, direct, consequential, special or otherwise, to Customer for failure to remove wildlife from premises or for the return of wildlife to premises after Completion Date for any reason whatsoever.  ASWSI shall further endeavour to conduct its inspections of the premises with due care. However, ASWSI shall not be responsible for any damages, direction, consequential, special or otherwise, to Customer for any damage caused to premises in any way connected to the conduct of said inspections, howsoever caused.

5. Acceptance Of Terms & Conditions

Customer's acceptance of the terms and conditions are activated when one of the following occurrences occurs: a) customer signs inspection report; b) customer verbally agrees to perform work as per inspection report; or c) customer makes payment or part-payment towards sum due on inspection report.

6. Service Guarantee

  • ASWSI guarantees all work as agreed upon and signed for on this inspection report for a period of one year after Completion Date.
  • Guarantee only applies to work performed (prevention) and materials supplied as per inspection report.
  • Guarantee does not extend to any new damage that may be caused by wildlife as a result of efforts to remove it from the premises.
  • Guarantee is specified on this inspection report and can vary according to circumstance and work performed.
  • Guarantee is not transferable.

7. Service Appointments

ASWSI is on call 24hrs a day, seven days a week.

Service appointments are generally made between 8am and 4pm Monday to Saturday (including statutory holidays (except Christmas day)). Due to variable conditions, ASWSI does not guarantee strict adherence to scheduled appointment times and reserves the right to re-schedule appointments.

8. Initial Estimates

ASWSI provides free initial estimates on residential work.

9. Pricing

ASWSI provides detailed invoicing and itemized pricing. Payment in full is due upon Completion Date. ASWSI accepts all major credit cards, cash, or cheques. If a payment is "dishonoured", a minimum fee of $30 per payment will apply.

  • 15 days after Completion Date - late payment penalty of 5% of total inspection report.
  • 30 days after Completion Date - late payment penalty is 10% of total inspection report.
  • ASWSI will apply interest of 20% per annum on total sum due on inspection report (including penalties) until full payment is received.

10. Awe-Struck Property

Items temporarily installed on the premises such as traps, bait stations, one-way doors, etc. remain the property of ASWSI and will be removed from the premises within 7 business days,

unless customer agrees to shorter period. ASWSI will be permitted access to the premises to remove such items whether or not wildlife has been successfully removed.

  • Missing or removed one-way doors will be subject to a $250 charge plus GST each.
  • Missing or removed traps will be subject to a $400 charge plus GST each.
  • Service period for installation of temporary traps or one-way doors can be extended upon payment of additional fees.
  • Traps and one-way doors cannot be sold or leased to Customers.

11. Customer Safety

Traps, bait stations, one-way doors, etc. should only be handled by trained specialists employed by ASWSI.  For your safety and the safety of others, customers are prohibited from: a) assisting or engaging in trapping of animals; b) installing, moving, adjusting or otherwise interfering with such equipment while on the premises; or c) approaching wildlife in a trap or near bait station, under any circumstances.  ASWSI is on call 24hrs a day, seven days a week.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

ASWSI reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and warranties as set out above at anytime without notice.
